NV Moscato

West Cape Howe WinesVintage Description: A warmer than usual start...see pdf for details
Winemaking Information:After closely monitoring ripening, the fruit was harvested at ideal flavour and sugar ripeness. In keeping with the Moscato style, the fermentation was arrested midway through to give a lower alcohol and retain the natural grape sugars. In order to retain the freshness of the wine as well as the spritz of natural carbon dioxide, we bottled soon after fermentation at a low temperature.
