2016 Cabernet Merlot

West Cape Howe WinesVintage Description: The 2016 season was a little warmer than 2015 and, combined with our usual cool overnight temperatures, this ensured great flavour development in all the parcels of fruit that make up this blend. Most of the fruit is from our vineyards in Mt Barker, with a smaller portion from the ever reliable Frankland River region.
Winemaking Information:After closely monitoring ripening, Cabernet and Merlot grapes were harvested at optimum flavour ripeness

Blend:85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot
