Our Regional Range Sauvignon Blanc is entirely Mt Barker grown, with all the grapes coming from our Langton vineyard. This cool climate grown fruit produces a delicious, zesty style of crisp dry sauvignon blanc with intense citrus, gooseberry and herbaceous characters and a beautifully clean finish. To be enjoyed as a young wine.

Colour:Bright and clear with a light, lemony green colour.
Aroma:Has light, tropical fruit aromas with hints of citrus blossom and a delicate herbaceousness.
Palate:Our Sauvignon Blanc Is crisp and dry with good palate weight. It has the zesty and light herbaceous characters typical of this variety, with a good backbone of acidity. The tropical fruit flavours are quite delicate, eg of subtle passionfruit. Fine and delicate, this is a lovely wine to drink with most foods, best enjoyed while young.cidity.
Cellar Potential:Best enjoyed young but will cellar for 1 - 3 years.
